While I'm waiting to post my pictures from the way I setup my classroom this year, I'm going to post some pictures of my setup last year. I changed all of the bulletin boards & did some things different, while keeping some the same. I'm not anywhere close to being done with my setup this year, but wanted to show what my room looked like last year to compare. Of course, some things were changed during the year because I love to rearrange & change things up, but here is what it looked like at the beginning of last year! :)

Thanks for posting your pictures. I am curious about your Daily4. Which choice do you leave out of the traditional Daily 5 choices? I am hoping to begin Daly 5 this year and would love some input. Thanks
ReplyDeleteAt my school, we do not do working on writing because we separate Language from reading time. I LOVE daily 4. My students also love it. I run mine a tad bit more structured than the sisters do in that I choose the stations that the students go to because of mostly time constraints. I also incorporate a fluency station included with the listening station where students practice fluency also. Thanks for visiting! If you have any other questions just let me know.
